This document introduces the field of documentation and discusses qualities needed for a good documentation specialist. It provides perspectives from students in the UHA information documentation master's program on why they chose to study this field and their career aspirations. Some hopes to work in libraries or develop the documentation sector in their home country. The document also lists sources used by the documentation program.
