To the office Manager,
I am a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Although newly certified as an FNP, I previously
earned a Master’s degree of Science in Nursing with an emphasis on leadership management. I
have greater than twenty years in nursing in a variety of settings. I feel I will bring a positive
attitude and many years of experience and knowledge into your practice as well as attract new
clients.
I pride myself in having an excellent bedside manner and the ability to problem solve in the area
of patient wellbeing and safety. My capstone for MSN emphasized patient safety and its
relationship with Magnet Status. I’m and excellent diagnostician.
I did clinical experiences in adult health at Williamson Memorial Hospital with Brenda Marcum,
MSN, CFNP, pediatrics at Williamson Health and Wellness Center with Dr. Leo Pajarillo,
OB/GYN at Appalachian Reginal Hospital clinic with Dr. Merci Turnquest, male reproduction
with /Dr. Subash Vyas, and geriatrics at both Salem Family Medicine and United Hospital
Center with Dr. Paul Davis. I have well over 700 hours of clinical experience. All sites and
facilities of clinical experience were in rural/underserved areas of the states of West Virginia and
Kentucky.
I’m willing to relocate. I’m look forward to meeting with you and discussing a successful career
with your company.
Thanks for your kind consideration,
Deborah Epling, RN, MSN, FNP-C
