Interviews were conducted with various people in a neighborhood about the ideal European neighbor. Most respondents answered yes to all questions except question 8 and emphasized food safety, quality, human rights, democracy, children's protection, and sustainable development. Retired individuals focused on respect for people's rights, equal rights for men and women, care for the elderly, education, and sustainable development. A private sector worker discussed equal rights for men and women while an unemployed assistant prioritized solidarity in fighting terrorism. Educators emphasized the importance of education and promoting European educational programs. The headteacher talked about children's rights, education, and sustainable development.
