Pre Workout Warm-Up
• It is very important to make sure that you
warm-up and stretch your muscles properly
before any workout. This reduces the chance
of muscles being pulled or torn witch can
cause serious injury and pain. Since it’s not
good to stretch cold muscle make sure you do
  your dynamic warm-up before stretching.

About the Author
• Being in the gym and a part of the weight room has
always been very important to me. I believe that
getting young kids into fitness and teaching them the
importance of fitness is something that needs to be
done as early as possible. It took me a while to figure
out that this was my calling and what I wanted to do as
a career, but I cannot think of something more
rewarding. I have always been expected to honor and
uphold high expectations, which is exactly what I will
  expect from my students.
