Leader interview:
He is a financial consultant and the representative of the general director of development and planning in the General Authority for sport; he is also a member of the Paralympic committee. I really want to interview him for a couple reasons. First, he is a very well known businessman in my country and I’m very lucky to have this opportunity to talk to him. I also think it is a great way of networking and getting to know him more. He built himself from zero, so sharing his story and experience and leadership style will help and inspire young people. Al-Saleh has been supporting youth for a long time and developed several programs and initiatives for youth, which I personally aiming to reach his leadership level one day.
Question 1: Let me begin by asking you about your background?
I learned a lot from my parents, my father worked in the government sector for over than 40 years as a manager of public relations in the Ministry of Health. My mother worked as a school leader. I have five siblings, four are Doctors and Computer Engineers, and I’m the only one who specialized in Finance. I started by working on vacations when I was in high school. One of my neighbors who worked as a Regional Director in Al-Ahli Bank recommended me to work in the bank with a salary US300/month. I then attended Engineering school after my father request, but I failed. I then transferred to Finance and Accounting, which helped my moving foreword with my part-time job in the bank. The turning point was when I moved to the British Bank where I had the chance to get into many advanced curses and intensive training in the field of banking. I had a remarkable experience where I applied it by implementing them in several European countries. I learned how people make their money, and this is where I started investing in local and international stock markets.
My current job is providing financial advisory and financial planning services to companies, institutions, businessmen and community leaders, which I have great relations with.
Question 2: What leadership means to you?
Leadership means to me currently is to influence young people to be leaders. I am dedicating my life now to give youth the power to make decisions, helping them find their goals and work to achieve them, as well as helping them to understand their purpose and our purpose as an organization.
Question 3: How did you reach to your current job now?
I worked in the Banking sector and I built myself until I finally reached to being the Regional Director for the Central Region and a General Manager of the Bank for Private Banking Services. Banks are important areas of work; they increase knowledge and the balance of financial culture.
Question 4: What strengths do you believe you have as a leader? And how does it contribute to your current success?
I would say my greatest strength is patience, which I believe young adults lack the necessary persistence. I want to say somethin.
Recently, I was faced with a moral and ethical dilemma which force.docxcatheryncouper
Recently, I was faced with a moral and ethical dilemma which forced me to choose between honesty and loyalty. I hope that the result of that choice will guide me in future decisions. At the time of the incident I was working as a pharmacy technician in ________. The dilemma I faced involved a fellow technician who was hired at the same time as me. The two of us had become close friends during the course of our employment. My friend was obsessed with bodybuilding to the extent that he was willing to steal intravenous steroids from the pharmacy. As a friend, I tried to warn him of the dangers of steroids and convince him to stop stealing. However, probably because he was consistently successful in stealing, he ignored my advice. Soon my friend began changing the stock quantity by using one of the pharmacists’ login ID and password. At this point, I became more and more adamant in my warnings and even requested shift changes so I would not witness his actions. If he were to ask me why I was changing shifts, I would lie and say it was due to conflicting school commitments. So not only was I withholding the truth from my employer, I was also lying to my friend. Finally, the manager suspected that my friend was stealing steroids. Knowing that I was close to this individual, the manager began to question me and hinted at firing both of us if no one confessed the truth. Thus, I was confronted by a choice between loyalty to my friend and honesty to my employer. I made a decision. I told the manager about my friend’s actions. I don’t know if I made the right decision and it still haunts me. At the time, I thought I was doing the right thing. I was being honest as I learned in childhood. Yet, what was my duty to my employer? Perhaps my only duty was to do my job and come in on time and nothing beyond that. What was my duty to my friend? Keeping a friend’s secret is also a value that I learned growing up. These opposing values were in constant conflict within me and were actually causing physical stress. Now I believe that my employer had a right to know about any theft occurring in its business. And although I do believe in being loyalty to friends, sometimes honesty is a more important virtue to uphold. Theft from the pharmacy had far-reaching consequences – to the business, its owners, the other employees, and the customers. Additionally, when a friend commits an act that is unethical, I do not believe that it is right for me to commit an unethical act to protect him or her. When I reflect on my decision, a part of me knows that fear that guided my decision, not morality or ethics. Maybe I disclosed the theft just to relieve myself of this burden. I am not sure. The only conclusion that I can draw from this experience is that life is hard and living by a moral and ethical code is even harder. The next time I am confronted by a decision of this magnitude I will be cautious and my choice will reflect my values, not those of my employer, my friend, my pa ...

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

In five years, I have graduated and started my first job. With famous degree of bachelor

should be entering life that is having a college degree, which is necessarily good level to
be more beneficial for my work. Continuing study will help me learn more confident
about my professional work that I choose the latter.
Secondly, having 7.0 IELTS and registered to learn Japanese and French. I have set for

Fourthly: opening a clothing shop or cafe by my own design ideas. This is what I really

Lastly: having income gain at least $ 45,000 / year. If all thing happen smoothly as I set

Central Purpose or Mission – “Reason for Existence”
I want to implement these goals primarily by the desire itself, the following is what I feel
the need to do. My dream is to become a successful businesswoman and a talented
designer. It is hard for the first time I made all the dreams and desires. Being a girl
seemed so things become more difficult for me because I still have family in the future. I
always desire to have a warm family with my husband and children. However working is
also important part of my life. I am not a type who put his career on top but there are
certain goals I have set out and must completed . I do not consider that events were
designed in such a way that our development was a necessary outcome, I think it just
happened and equally may not have. Everything has its reason, something too,
something may also be questions and answers (of course at the different limit, extent,
circumstances ...)

Broad Goals to Achieve the Mission – “Enduring Intentions to Act”
As I said, my biggest goal to achieve in my career is to become director of a leading
bank. This is the final target and I do everything to achieve that goal . I was hard learning
foreign languages, learn to master's and doctorate may be for intensive work. I will work
with both passion and high sense of responsibility to achieve the results that I desire. If
there is a possibility I want to open their own banks, a global banking transactions in
many countries. To achieve the real purpose of this is illusory. However, now I have
started to learn foreign languages and learning school subjects. I tried the diploma with
good and able to doctoral study. Everything becomes more difficult when I do not have
passion, but now I'm very hard and trying little by little to achieve that dream. I will also
start work now. This summer, I will find a part-time job in a bank in my city. I think job
that I can do now is work in credit departments. I believe with good-looking appearance,
good communication skills and good command of foreign languages would be accepted
to. Because the goal of becoming the first bank manager 40 years I'll actually try my best
now.
