3. INTRODUCTION
Leadership is an important part of personal and professional
growth that necessitates ongoing learning. Setting SMART
targets that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant,
and Time-bound is critical. At the beginning of the semester, I
set 3 goals and this presentation will examine the outcome of
those SMART targets. To see how to grow in leadership
learning objectives, these are the goals I need to achieve
within 3 months. That is Obtaining a G1 driver's license in
Canada, finding a part-time job in my career sector and
learning how to make a new dish.

8. OBJECTIVE 1: Get a G1 driver's license in Canada
To get a G1 driver's license in Canada, I must pass a knowledge and vision exam, have a
valid proof of identification document, and pay all application costs. As a result, the specific
activities during the semester include sorting the required documents for the application,
finding a government-approved driving school and arranging for a driving lesson, taking the
knowledge test and obtaining a learner's license, practising driving with the instructor and
keeping records of hours completed, taking a road test with the instructor and being
evaluated for one's driving skills and, once approved, applying for a driving license.
Success Merit: unsuccessful
Challenges: Some of the difficulties I experience when attempting to earn a G1 driving
license include; a lack of driving confidence, trouble finding a government-approved driving
school, and financial limits to pay for lessons and application costs.
Outcomes: Obtaining a G1 driver's license allows you to drive lawfully in Ontario and have
access to greater possibilities for personal and professional growth. Unfortuinately, this
objective was unsuccessful as I was not able to pass the driving test although I passed the
knowledge test.

TIP:
As a healthcare administrator, Self-leadership is a
leadership framework that is applicable to this goal. Self-
leadership entails accepting responsibility for one's own
personal growth and setting goals for success. To achieve
this goal, one must have a development attitude, be
disciplined, and endure in the face of adversity.
10. Objective 2: Get a Part-time job in my career field
I created my resume describing my skills, abilities and experiences relevant to the
position, as well as a cover letter showing why I am a good fit. In addition, awareness
of the job market, and interview preparation are all required to find a part-time work in
my career sector.
Success merit : I was able to secure a part –time job in a career field as a personal
support worker(PSW) as it is closely related to my field of study.
Challenges: Some of the issues I encounter when looking for a part-time
employment in this field of expertise include a lack of relevant experience in Canadas
long term care home, severe competition among other colleagues and the
certifications required for this position and my inability to get all the necessary
documentations within the allotted time frame.
Outcomes: i was able to Get a part-time job in my career sector and this will allow
me to obtain useful experience, expand their professional network, and improve my
employability.

TIP:
Transformational leadership is a
leadership framework that is applicable
to this goal. Inspiring and motivating
oneself and others to accomplish
amazing results is what transformational
leadership entails. As a health care
Administrator, to advance in this goal,
one must focus on personal branding,
networking, and adopting a good
attitude towards job seeking.

12. Objective 3: Learn to cook a new dish
Before learning how to make a new dish, I did my research about the dish and learnt
about its origin as well as the history, ingredients, and the different technique in making
the dish. Thereafter, I Purchase the necessary ingredients and ensured that they are of
good quality.
Success merit: successful
Challenges: Before I decided to start the meal preparation, I had some major
drawbacks with meal planning, knowing the right products to purchase, poor counter
space and the lack of time.
Outcomes: Despite the challenges I faced with the meal preparation, I was able to
prepare the without much hassle and I got to understand the more interesting stories
and fascinating facts about other culture.

14. CONCLUSION
In conclusion, progressing in leadership learning
objectives necessitates the establishment of
SMART objectives, the identification of particular
actions, the resolution of problems, and the focus
on the outcomes. It is also critical to employ an
appropriate leadership framework to direct one's
activities and behaviours towards success.
