The Group has utilized combi-
nations of varying power gen-
eration technologies to achieve
maximum power availability for
the lowest installation and op-
erational cost. In these systems,
the Group works with industry
leaders to provide the most ef-
ficient equipment for the needs
of each facility. The ultimate
goal is to guarantee uninter-
rupted power for critical sys-
tems, 24/7/365.
The Inglett & Stubbs Group understands that
fuel costs are a large portion of power plant
operational expenses. Because of this, the Group
provides upgrade services to help get more effi-
ciency out of a site’s current power generation
facility.
This process begins with a thorough analysis of
the existing facility, which includes an evaluation
of equipment, fuel type, existing facility loads,
and other site conditions. From this analysis, the
Group can provide an engineered recommenda-
tions and a complete construction and mainte-
nance plan to improve the efficiency of site.
WhatWeDo
Power Plant Upgrades
Upgrade Options can include:
Plant Automation Controls • High Speed to Medium Speed Engine Replacements
Diesel to HFO Fuel System Replacements • Alternative Energy Components
Energy Storage • Enhanced Maintenance Plans
These upgrade solutions provide the
customer with a variety of options
to consider in order to increase plant
efficiencies and reduce operational
expenses. Calculations vary from site
to site, but these improvements typi-
cally come with a 1 to 5 year payback
period and a significant 10 year return
on investment.
Maintenance plans also carry signifi-
cant advantages by extending the life
of operating equipment. The Group has
a full operation and maintenance pack-
age that can be included with these
power upgrades or as a stand-alone
service.
Plant Automation can carry significant advan-
tages, including fuel efficiency, better facility
management, and predictive maintenance

Microgrid Design & Integration
Smart Grid Technology
Smart grids are distribution networks in which power may be switched in
multiple directions in order to avoid an outage. By giving the power multiple paths
to follow, customers are able to avoid total loss of power in an area during a
localized disruption.
7
Microgrids are power grids centralized in one location, such as a single facility or a
remote community, which have the ability to operate independently from or in con-
junction with a centralized utility. Customers may choose to implement a microgrid
in order to reduce their need for the utility and increase reliability. In some instances,
facilities utilizing microgrids are even able to sell power back to a utility company.
The Smart grid utilizes localized microgrids and enhanced controls to support the
entire power infrastructure. The ability to isolate microgrids from the main utility allows
the overall grid to become more stable, provide greater reliability, and operate more
efficiently. The Inglett & Stubbs Group has the capability to design and install these
systems on new or existing power distribution grids.
The Group designs and implements
microgrids in remote locations for
military, mining, and institutional
clients. Spot generation, transfor-
mation, and distribution are used
to provide power systems in some
of the most difficult environments
worldwide. These isolated grids are
designed and installed to NEC, IEC,
BSi, or other applicable international
standards to ensure safety and reli-
ability of the installation.
WhatWeDo
Alternative Energy
The Inglett & Stubbs Group is committed to providing customers with long-term
solutions that improve energy consumption, reduce operational costs, and minimize
the use of fossil fuels. Many technologies are now available for new power installa-
tions, or to upgrade existing facilities with energy efficient products.
As alternative energy components become
more efficient and decrease in cost, they
become increasingly attractive when
reviewing overall return on investment.
The Group reviews each project and
develops a power profile to provide
analysis, including energy payback
periods and long term operational
savings estimates when using alter-
native energy systems.
Recommendations are provided in-
cluding a full installation plan which is
administered and performed by the
Inglett & Stubbs Group.

site.
Through custom developed tracking software, the
Group automates processes, work orders, and
equipment management tasks. The software also
allows for easy reporting to the customer, showing
specific maintenance activities, goals, actions, and
completion dates.
It is understood that not all sites require 24/7/365
on-site maintenance. For these facilities, the team
can set up a program for periodic inspections, main-
tenance, and repair of critical systems. Remote

HowWeDoIt
The Inglett & Stubbs Group provides turnkey solutions for entire project life
cycles, including designing, engineering, construction, testing, and final commis-
sioning. Our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) approach boasts a
history of on-time, on-budget project delivery.
EPC services plan the project, pro-
duce the design, procure resources
needed for the project, and perform
the work to deliver the project.
Client Advantages of EPC Services
An EPC Contract eliminates cost un-
knowns for the client, passing most
of the risk on to the EPC contractor.
Clients chose an EPC solution when minimal oversight and involvement are desired
from the customer perspective, especially if the customer has a low risk tolerance.
Design Build / EPC Services
Construction Management / EPCM Services
EPCM services plan the project, produce the design, procure materials and resources
needed for the project (either directly or on behalf of the client), and manage 3rd
party resources performing the work needed to deliver the project. In other words,
the EPCM contractor manages the project on behalf of the client.
Client Advantages of EPCM Services
Initial capital estimates and costs
can be lower with an EPCM solution,
making this a preferred solution for
customers who want to be more
involved with the design and construc-
tion process.
The Inglett & Stubbs Group performs both services, and each option provides
value depending on your unique situation and needs. On larger projects, a hybrid
solution is most advantageous to give the client the most flexibility.14 14

respected and reliable partners around the world. Long-term relationships with
partner companies have proven successful on hundreds of projects, providing clients
with high quality products and services.
Key partners include world class engineering firms, globally positioned subcontrac-
tors, valuable prime contract holders, as well as a respected customer base. The
Group also strategically aligns with manufacturers and material suppliers to ensure
the highest quality components are used for each installation.
In addition, the Inglett and Stubbs Group takes pride in engaging local firms, small
companies, and disadvantaged businesses to fulfil specific job requirements.
Partnering with these firms helps to aid, counsel, and assist these companies and the
communities where projects are located.
Partner Plan
Partnerships with these companies, and many more, provide the Inglett & Stubbs Group with a
comprehensive global team.

HowWeDoIt
Logistics
Moving material, equipment, and
personnel presents major obstacles,
including customs and immigration
issues. The Inglett & Stubbs Group
employs logistics personnel that are
experienced in moving assets to the
most remote installations.
To ensure that the logistics process
operates smoothly, a custom web-
based system was developed to allow
efficient procurement, shipment, and
tracking of materials and equipment
anywhere in the world.
Pre-Fabrication
On a majority of projects, sys-
tems and components can be
pre-ssembled for greater accu-
racy, consistency, and quality
control. The Inglett & Stubbs
Group has become a leader in
the construction industry for
pre-fabrication.
This process saves time and
money by reducing onsite man
hours. It also increases jobsite
safety when compared to tradi-
tional construction methods.

History
Ray Inglett and Bill Stubbs, Jr. founded Inglett & Stubbs in 1954 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
Inglett was a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering
and Stubbs was Director of Electrical Construction for Container Corporation of America.
They ran the Company together until Bill retired in 1975. Ray continued as CEO until 1990.
In the early years, Inglett & Stubbs first jobs were small com-
mercial jobs, typically installing and wiring window air condi-
tioning units in existing buildings. Other early projects were in-
stallations of strip-type shopping centers, which slowly grew to
office buildings and complexes. In 1976, the company installed
the electrical system for the Coca-Cola Headquarters building. A
year later, Inglett & Stubbs completed the Southern Bell Head-
quarters building.
These multi-million dollar projects
demonstrated Inglett & Stubbs’
ability to manage and install elec-
trical systems at major facilities. From the 1980s until today,
the company grew to take on difficult projects thereby in-
creasing their reputation in the electrical field. These projects
include hospitals, laboratories, data centers, museums, the-
aters, and sports stadiums.
In 2003, Inglett & Stubbs began a valuable relationship with
the United States Army. As U.S. forces were stationed in the
Middle East, there was a great need for qualified electrical ser-
vices. The company provided electricians and project manage-
ment to tackle power generation, distribution, inspection, and
maintenance needs, keeping U.S. troops supplied with safe, re-
liable power systems. This division grew into its own company,
known as Inglett & Stubbs International. ISI has since grown
to be a large player in the global power market for both U.S.
Military and other clients with global power requirements.
In 2011, Inglett & Stubbs began working with
U.S. Intelligence services, spurring the third
company in the Group, known as ISI-US.
All three companies were born from Ray & Bill’s
concept of a company whose reputation would
precede them in the electrical field, where
quality electrical work would speak for itself.

  • 7. The Inglett & Stubbs Group understands that fuel costs are a large portion of power plant operational expenses. Because of this, the Group provides upgrade services to help get more effi- ciency out of a site’s current power generation facility. This process begins with a thorough analysis of the existing facility, which includes an evaluation of equipment, fuel type, existing facility loads, and other site conditions. From this analysis, the Group can provide an engineered recommenda- tions and a complete construction and mainte- nance plan to improve the efficiency of site. WhatWeDo Power Plant Upgrades Upgrade Options can include: Plant Automation Controls • High Speed to Medium Speed Engine Replacements Diesel to HFO Fuel System Replacements • Alternative Energy Components Energy Storage • Enhanced Maintenance Plans These upgrade solutions provide the customer with a variety of options to consider in order to increase plant efficiencies and reduce operational expenses. • 10. www.inglettstubbsgroup.com Microgrid Design & Integration Smart Grid Technology Smart grids are distribution networks in which power may be switched in multiple directions in order to avoid an outage. By giving the power multiple paths to follow, customers are able to avoid total loss of power in an area during a localized disruption. 7 Microgrids are power grids centralized in one location, such as a single facility or a remote community, which have the ability to operate independently from or in con- junction with a centralized utility. Customers may choose to implement a microgrid in order to reduce their need for the utility and increase reliability. In some instances, facilities utilizing microgrids are even able to sell power back to a utility company. The Smart grid utilizes localized microgrids and enhanced controls to support the entire power infrastructure. The ability to isolate microgrids from the main utility allows the overall grid to become more stable, provide greater reliability, and operate more efficiently. The Inglett & Stubbs Group has the capability to design and install these systems on new or existing power distribution grids. The Group designs and implements microgrids in remote locations for military, mining, and institutional clients. Spot generation, transfor- mation, and distribution are used to provide power systems in some of the most difficult environments worldwide. These isolated grids are designed and installed to NEC, IEC, BSi, or other applicable international standards to ensure safety and reli- ability of the installation.

  • 17. HowWeDoIt The Inglett & Stubbs Group provides turnkey solutions for entire project life cycles, including designing, engineering, construction, testing, and final commis- sioning. Our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) approach boasts a history of on-time, on-budget project delivery. EPC services plan the project, pro- duce the design, procure resources needed for the project, and perform the work to deliver the project. Client Advantages of EPC Services An EPC Contract eliminates cost un- knowns for the client, passing most of the risk on to the EPC contractor. Clients chose an EPC solution when minimal oversight and involvement are desired from the customer perspective, especially if the customer has a low risk tolerance. Design Build / EPC Services Construction Management / EPCM Services EPCM services plan the project, produce the design, procure materials and resources needed for the project (either directly or on behalf of the client), and manage 3rd party resources performing the work needed to deliver the project. In other words, the EPCM contractor manages the project on behalf of the client. Client Advantages of EPCM Services Initial capital estimates and costs can be lower with an EPCM solution, making this a preferred solution for customers who want to be more involved with the design and construc- tion process. The Inglett & Stubbs Group performs both services, and each option provides value depending on your unique situation and needs. On larger projects, a hybrid solution is most advantageous to give the client the most flexibility.14 14

  • 27. History Ray Inglett and Bill Stubbs, Jr. founded Inglett & Stubbs in 1954 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Inglett was a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Stubbs was Director of Electrical Construction for Container Corporation of America. They ran the Company together until Bill retired in 1975. Ray continued as CEO until 1990. In the early years, Inglett & Stubbs first jobs were small com- mercial jobs, typically installing and wiring window air condi- tioning units in existing buildings. Other early projects were in- stallations of strip-type shopping centers, which slowly grew to office buildings and complexes. In 1976, the company installed the electrical system for the Coca-Cola Headquarters building. A year later, Inglett & Stubbs completed the Southern Bell Head- quarters building. These multi-million dollar projects demonstrated Inglett & Stubbs’ ability to manage and install elec- trical systems at major facilities. From the 1980s until today, the company grew to take on difficult projects thereby in- creasing their reputation in the electrical field. These projects include hospitals, laboratories, data centers, museums, the- aters, and sports stadiums. In 2003, Inglett & Stubbs began a valuable relationship with the United States Army. As U.S. forces were stationed in the Middle East, there was a great need for qualified electrical ser- vices. The company provided electricians and project manage- ment to tackle power generation, distribution, inspection, and maintenance needs, keeping U.S. troops supplied with safe, re- liable power systems. This division grew into its own company, known as Inglett & Stubbs International. ISI has since grown to be a large player in the global power market for both U.S. Military and other clients with global power requirements. In 2011, Inglett & Stubbs began working with U.S. Intelligence services, spurring the third company in the Group, known as ISI-US. All three companies were born from Ray & Bill’s concept of a company whose reputation would precede them in the electrical field, where quality electrical work would speak for itself.
