The document describes a residential rental finding website that allows property owners to post listings of available apartments and houses for rent. It includes entity relationship, use case, activity, and sequence diagrams to model the system. The front-end is developed using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery and plugins. PHP 7 and MySQL are used for the backend. Implemented features include responsive design, login/registration, user profiles, ad upload/edit/delete, and viewing all ads. Future plans include search, filtering, notifications, pagination, and an admin panel.
