The survey found that happiness at work in the UK declined in the second quarter of the year, dropping from 41% to 36%. Men reported being slightly happier than women at work. People over 55 and those working in arts/culture and construction reported the highest levels of happiness. Overall, 34% felt neutral about their job while 30% felt unhappy.
