2. I will have completedmyconscription at the Danish Royal Guardswith the grade A1 (the best grade) – Whichwill give me the opportunity to continuefurthereducationand to getshipped of to Afghanistan (possibly) if the militarylifestyle is one I like and want to pursue.
3. I have a verystrong, healthy and fitbody. All of mycompund lifts will have increasedsignificantly, and I can run atleast 3000 meters on a Coopertest (12 minutes). Lift gains, minimum value: Benchpress: 100 kg. Deadlift: 180 kg. Squat: 150 kg. OH press: 60 kg.
4. I’meitheron-orsaving up money for, a trip around the world. I willbetravellingalone, backpacking and experiencing the world as such. Afew destinations: Jordan, Iran China, USA, Thailand, Greece, Italy, Mongolia, Bhutan, Japan.
5. Resources and skills Having a strongand solid social circle – whichcanhelp, support and give meadviceondescisions and other is key for me(just in general too). Having support on the descisions I make, from myparents is alsoveryimportant. Especiallywhen it comes to a career in the armyor an alone trip around the world. But the most importantthing, is the goalsI have listed. Becausetheyarewhatmakesmeworkmanyhours in the gym, outliningtravelplans, and research whatwillbeusefull for me to know. It is whatmakesmeconsistent at mywork and keepsmydiscipline and motivation high.
7. Doing intense interval running ATLEAST two times a week (while still doingweighttraining and CrossFit). Keepontrainingmymentality and mind (basedon the book The Power of Now by EckhartTolle). Research and learn as much as possible to bepreparred for the conscriptionperiod: i.e. militaryranks-, abbreviations and so on.
