Dear collective,
I have had the following scenario arise and would appreciate your thoughts:
* Developer makes an application but omits some pertinent tree
information.
* LA approve application neglecting to notice that several of their
TPO's trees are within the footprint.
Planning consent is full and I am aware
of the relevant exception under the
regs, however does the developers
negligence prejudice his case?
