Items needed!!!
•   Post-it flip chart & easel
•   Colored markers
•   Post-it notes
•   Room with walls or glass
•   Spacious area
Now let’s get started!!!
• On flip chart write your first goal
• Ask the individual team member to take a
  post-it note and write ideas to achieve
  the goal. One idea per post it note.
• Collect the post – it’s from all members
• Take a minute to sort post it’s into
  categories (many will be duplicates)
• Great ideas become your action items
Action items!!!
• Under the goal write one idea at a time
• Brainstorm as a group
• What needs to be done to achieve this
  action item and accomplish the goal
• Write ideas on flip chart
• Assign who is taking responsibility
• Assign a due date
