This study aims to identify the impacts that will be caused by use artificial intelligence in the business world. The research method used in the study is descriptive, to systematically describe the related situation. Abstract. This study aims to identify the impacts that will be caused by use artificial intelligence
in the business world. The research method used in the study is descriptive, to systematically
describe the related situation. The results of this study indicate the extent to which the impact
that will be caused by artificial intelligence both in a positive view and negative.
1.Introduction
Nilsson, N. J explained in his journal that Artificial Intelligence is a mapping concept of a
programming language that makes a conclusion based on grouping in a programming [1].
Whereas according to Russell, S. J and Norvig, P is intelligence shown by an artificial entity
and intelligence is created and incorporated into a machine so that it can do human work [2] .
Weiss, G explained that artificial intelligence is a branch of science that serves to examine
how a computer can have human abilities and intelligence, and with that ability it is expected
that a computer or machine can make its own decisions with various cases that will be
encountered [3]. Understanding entrepreneurship according to Darojat, O and Sumiyati S is a
process of dynamic welfare , where only individuals are willing to take risks, over time and
wealth in providing value [4].
Gerschenkron, A argues that modern entrepreneurs need a large and fixed amount of
capital, regard their work as a lifelong commitment, and take a careful attitude towards buyers
[5]. Gómez-Galvarriato, A argues that modern entrepreneurship is a time when the distribution
of goods must be done in a short time, and management of existing goods is good [6]. Todd,
PR, and J avalgi, RR G, in their journals, studied how the use of information technology to
make competing modern entrepreneurs was based internationally, with the help of the
government small entrepreneurs were banned to use information technology [7].
In the use of renewable technology, there is a gap between urban and rural
entrepreneurs, this gap shows that rural entrepreneurs do not benefit at all from the
advancement of information technology, because access to the internet and existing

2. technology has not been able to reach rural entrepreneurs [8] . The use of artificial intelligence
can be a human aid in business development, because it can understand the state of the business
world quickly and provide the right decisions in carrying out a business [9]. The application
of artificial intelligence in entrepreneurship is a good decision because artificial intelligence
can provide good decisions [10]. This study aims to find out how the impact of the use of
artificial intelligence in the world of entrepreneurship is provided
2.Method
This study uses descriptive methods to make the meaning of situations or events related to
artificial intelligence in the business world, using previous research related to artificial
intelligence in the business world . So that it can influence the impact that will occur in the use
of artificial intelligence in the business world.
3.Result and Discussion
Now every activity that is initiated by humans cannot be separated from the use of various
uses of advanced technology, one of which is artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence has
been used in various aspects of human life, and one of them in the business world. The use of
artificial intelligence has been carried out by large companies to help companies improve their
customer satisfaction and also facilitate companies in managing their business . The use of
artificial intelligence that has been done by large companies can be seen as follows:
1. Google Inc.

Figure 1 describes the use of artificial intelligence by Goole Inc. in making Google assistant
who will later become a personal assistant someone who uses a particular smartphone . G
oogle assistant as a personal assistant whose function can identify objects, collecting visual
information through the device camera, send money, buy a product, identify the music, make
a schedule. Google assistant can be used in various smartphones, both iOS, Windows phone,
and Android. The use of G oogle assistant can help the business person or the customer in the
ongoing business activities, other than that business people do not need a personal assistant to
help mengingatan activities to be implemented by the businessmen so that it can reduce the
budget in their efforts.
2. Apple Inc.

Figure 2 describes the use of artificial intelligence carried out by Apple Inc. the result of using
artificial intelligence by Apple Inc. is Siri, Siri is an application created to be an assistant to
smartphone users who use iOS and MacOS as their operating system. Siri in everyday life is
included in the business world that can be operated through the voice of smartphone users
whose iOS operating system. Just like Google assistant, Siri can also be useful as an assistant
that can help business people to help monitor or manage their business, and customers can also
be facilitated. What distinguishes between Siri and Google assistant is the platform, where Siri
can only be used on the iOS and MacOS operating systems.
3. Microsoft Corporation

making Microsoft cortana applications. Microsoft cortana which functions the same as Google
assistant, and Siri. What distinguishes it is the ability if Google assistant and series can be used
only when connected or not connected to the internet Microsoft Cortana can only function
when the device being used is internet connection, besides that when compared with Google
assistant and Siri who must install before using it, Microsoft Cortana more simple because
Microsoft Cortana is included in the Windows 10 operating system.
4. Facebook Inc.

Figure 4 describes the use of artificial intelligence carried out by Facebook Inc. in one of their
media outlets, Instagram . The use of artificial intelligence conducted by Instagram in the
business world is to display trends that are being sought by Instagram users, so that things that
are not related to the trends sought by users will not appear, therefore the use of Instagram in
the media to promote products is getting bigger. And Instagram can be used by business people
to conduct research in the search for ongoing trends.
5. Amazon.com

Figure 5 describes the use of intelligence made by Amazon Inc. in making Amazon Alexa.
Artificial intelligence that is applied in the Amazon Alexa is similar to that applied by Google
Inc. at its Google assistant, Apple Inc. on the Siri and Microsoft Corporation at Microsoft
Cortana, what distinguishes Amazon alexa is a hardware device that is given an artificial
intelligence.
After a little exposure of the use of artificial intelligence that has been done by large
companies, it is concluded that every activity carried out by humans will be assisted by
artificial intelligence that is applied in all tools used by humans . Of course there are many
positive effects generated by the use of artificial intelligence in everyday life and in the
business world. But the positive impact caused by artificial intelligence can cause enormous

5. losses to humans, because all aspects of life will rely more on artificial intelligence than
humans. This can lead to an increase in the percentage of unemployment, because the use of
intelligence is more effective than humans, because artificial intelligence does not require rest
and does not need wages . So, it would be better if we ourselves use artificial intelligence
wiser, by not using artificial intelligence in our daily activities.
4.Conclusion
With the presence of artificial intelligence, it will make it easier for humans to carry out daily
activities, especially in business. In addition, we also humans must optimize the use of
artificial intelligence so as not to cause undesirable effects.
