I’ve often observed that many people’s top-ranking fear is not death but having to speak in public. The joke is that these people would rather lie in a casket at their own funeral than give the eulogy.
Public speaking for people who suffer from panic attacks or general anxiety often becomes a major source of worry, possibly weeks or even months before the speaking event is to occur.

Jesus sends his disciples ahead in their boat while he prays alone on a mountainside. That night, as the disciples are struggling against strong winds on the sea, Jesus walks toward them on the water. The disciples are terrified until Jesus reassures them it is him. Peter asks to join Jesus and begins walking on water but sinks when he doubts. Jesus saves him and rebukes his lack of faith. The disciples then worship Jesus, acknowledging he is the Son of God.
The document discusses how believers in Christ have become children of God through his loving plan of salvation. It notes that those who are born of God will be like Jesus and will not continue to live in sin. It references scripture from 1 John about how we can identify who are children of God based on their righteous actions and love for others. The key issue John is addressing is that some people were leading believers astray and not enabling them to become more like Jesus. Believers are encouraged to recognize if teachers truly have the "Jesus-family DNA" and help transform their own lives to be more Christ-like.
The document describes key events in the birth and early life of Jesus Christ. It mentions that John the Baptist was born to prepare for Jesus, and that the angel Gabriel told Mary and Joseph that Mary would give birth to Jesus, who would save people from their sins. It also describes Jesus' birth in Bethlehem and shepherds and wise men visiting the infant Jesus.

Matthew 7:13-14 describes two gates - a narrow gate that leads to life, and a wide gate that leads to destruction. Many people enter through the wide gate because it is broad and easy, while few find the narrow gate. The passage calls believers to make a choice to enter the narrow gate and follow the narrow road, which starts small but can lead to great things in the Kingdom of God. Choosing the narrow way means doing something and deciding to apply Jesus' teachings despite common culture.

Have you ever noticed that anxious thoughts are like a broken record?
I know with Ipods etc. it’s a bit outdated to be using a record analogy here but it works well to illustrate a key point about anxious thoughts.
Remember when a record got scratched it made a very unpleasant sound and caused the needle to get stuck on the same groove.
The same one line would play over and over again ad nauseam until you picked up the needle and moved it past the scratch.
Anxious thoughts are bit like this. You might be happily going about your day and then something triggers an anxious thought.
The worry the thought creates sends an unpleasant shock wave through your nervous system. (The scratch on the record).
Then once you start reacting to the anxious thought it is hard to stop thinking about it over and over again. (The needle stuck in a groove)
The repetitive anxious thought can last minutes, hours , days depending on how upset you become by the thought.
I want to share with you a quick technique to jump out of this anxious groove. This technique is you learning how to pick up the record needle and move it past the scratch.
Daniel 10-12 describes Daniel's vision of future kings that will arise. It discusses three more kings that will come after Cyrus, as well as a mighty king who is likely Alexander the Great. The chapter encourages the reader to remember the context of persecution and distraction during this time period, and cautions against being distracted from building God's kingdom or relying only on Old Covenant ways of worship that require a physical temple structure, as the veil has been removed through Christ.
Paul and Silas traveled through towns in Macedonia preaching in the Jewish synagogues. In Thessalonica, Paul reasoned from scripture for three Sabbaths that Jesus was the promised Messiah who suffered and rose from the dead. Some Jews and Greeks believed, but jealous Jews started a riot. The believers sent Paul and Silas away secretly to Berea for their safety, where they continued preaching in the synagogue.
Paul writes a letter to the followers of Jesus in Philippi expressing his gratitude for them. He thanks God every time he thinks of them and prays for them gladly. Paul is pleased that they have continued believing and proclaiming God's message. He has no doubt that God will complete the good work he started in them. Paul feels deeply for the Philippians because they supported him even when he was imprisoned and put on trial.

3. Communicate with customers using a variety of methods tailored to how customers communicate.
4. Remain locally focused by strengthening the local culture and community while growing business units separately to stay small.
5. The economy, technology, and society are changing in ways that previously provided geographic advantages for small towns. These rules provide guidance on adapting.

Pilate questions Jesus about whether he is the King of the Jews. Jesus responds that his kingdom is not of this world and that he was born to testify to the truth. Though Pilate declares Jesus a king, Jesus explains that his kingdom is from another place and that he came to testify to the truth, implying a spiritual rather than political kingdom.
The enemies of Judah and Benjamin heard that the exiles were rebuilding the Temple of the LORD in Jerusalem. They approached the leaders and offered to help with the rebuilding. However, their real intention was to discourage and frustrate the work. They bribed officials to work against the rebuilding efforts and wrote letters to the king accusing the Jews of rebellion. The enemies did not want the walls of Jerusalem rebuilt in case it diminished tribute and taxes paid to the king.

It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375
