Mentoring Methodology C IEL combines real life experience, reflective observations, guest lectures, case discussions and regular publishing.   All assigned course readings will be made available in the course packet, or online in the course folder.   Readings
Assessments  Vastu-Kriya-Visleshan-Naamakaran (VKRV)  The assessments would be based on the following four elements : Participation 30%   End-Session Evolution   20%   Entrepreneurial Impact (Micro-enter)   20%   Omnipresence (publishing work thro the course)   20%   Individual Course work and presentations   10%   Showing up (only 100% get it)
