1. The students should be given prior education on ragging.
2. The parents of the students should be given education about
ragging.
3. The parent should give a legal statement stating that his son or
daughter will not indulge in ragging activities
4. The juniors students of the colleges should not be allowed to
interact with the seniors students
5. The students should be thrown out of the college if found
ragging.
6. The rules and regulations related with ragging should be made
strict by the government
7. There should be regular visits by the police in order to maintain
discipline in the college.
8. The hostel for senior and junior in the college should be situated
far away from each other.
9. Anti ragging committee to be formed in the college which helps
the juniors students lead a happy life.
10. The juniors and seniors to be given equal priorities in the case of
class representative and president posts in college.
11. The teacher should not be partial towards seniors or juniors
students
12. The girls students should not interact with boys which might
create enmity among the students..

which might force the higher caster to rag the lower cast people

14) The teacher should be graduated from one of the best colleges.
15) The percentage of marks obtained by them should be high as
possible.
16) The teacher percentage of marks alone is not the only condition but
they should be equipped with presentation skills.
17) The teacher should be given proper communication and
interpersonal skills.
18) An entrance exam has to conducted before they are employed in the
college.
19) The teachers should be appointed temporarily and then based on
their performance they can be made a permanent teacher of the
college.
