1) Making the organization's profile page appealing, clear, and easy to find to attract potential applicants, volunteers, and donors. This includes providing clear details about the organization's mission and work.
2) Posting high-quality job, internship, volunteer, and event opportunities that are appealing, clear, and easy to find through keywords, location, and other searchable fields.
3) Connecting with others on the platform through networking, following other organizations, and promoting listings on social media to engage the Idealist community.
