9. Submerged Pumps DELTA 4” and 6”: suitable for captation,
pressurization and water supply for domestic, agricultural
and industrial use, from artesian wells or wells.
Range includes pump outputs of 1.1 / 4", 2" and 3", for flow
ranges up to 670 L / 1' and Heads up to 280 meters.
Maximum liquid temperature is 30 º C.
All sets are equipped with a retention valve at outlet.
MATERIALS
Head and motor support in precision brass or stainless steel
AISI 304 in Submerged Pumps DELTA 4”.
Stainless steel (outer jacket) in AISI 304 with thickness of 1.5
mm in Submerged Pumps DELTA 4” and 2.5 mm in
Submerged Pumps DELTA 6”.
Stainless steel shaft AISI 303 in Submerged Pumps DELTA 4”
and AISI 304 in Submerged Pumps DELTA 6”.
Linkage/Coupling, cable guard, intake grille, protective
washers and screws in stainless steel AISI 304.
Impellers and diffusers in high resistance polycarbonate.
MOTOR
IDEAL DELTA® or FRANKLIN submersible water cooled
motors. Optionally, pumps can be equipped with IDEAL
DELTA® or TESLA rewindable oil cooled motors.

11. IDEAL DELTA® SP submersible type drainage and sewage
pumps are suitable for water lifting, water transfer, and
drainage of domestic or rainwater (for clean and slightly
dirty waters).
NV models present open impellers, allowing passage of solid
bodies up to a maximum of 12 to 32 mm in 50 NV and 150
NV respectively.
Its waterproof (IP68) guarantees its use up to 5 meters deep.
MATERIALS
Motor casings, shafts, wings, rods, screws and nuts in
stainless steel AISI 304.
Covers and bases in cast iron.
Impellers: types 200 N, 200 NB and 300 N in cast iron, others
in brass.
Nitrile seals for types N and mechanical ceramic or graphite
seals for types F.
For special applications and in sets with motors of 1.5 HP, 2
HP and 3 HP, mechanical seals can be in tungsten carbide.

Asynchronous induction, 2 poles.
Isolation class F.
Power cord in neoprene H07 RN - F oil resistant.

14. Booster Sets

15. Booster Sets are designed for distribution and pressurization
of clean water systems, mostly used in buildings.
Usually consisting in 2 or more identical pumps on a common
base, and connected by parallel manifolds, control and
retention valves, pressure gauge and control panel, booster
sets can also be equipped with frequency converters for
speed variation of the pumps according to needs.
As a specialist in the design, manufacture and installation of
any type of booster sets, IDEAL DELTA® is able to provide the
most suitable solution.
