Idaho is a northwestern state known for agriculture, with nearly a third of US potatoes grown there. It has a population of 1.65 million people and Boise is the capital city. The economy relies heavily on agriculture, food processing, lumber, and tourism. Popular tourist destinations include the waterfalls at Shoshone Falls, the amusement park Silverwood, and the winter resort town of Sun Valley.
