1. Situated in the heart of Gatineau, Québec, Les Promenades Gatineau is an 834,000 sq.ft. property that ranks as the second largest shopping centre in the National
Capital Region. Following a $110-million, 20-month redevelopment, the once tired and deteriorated shopping centre has now been transformed into Western

2. Les Promenades Gatineau’s dynamic new exterior façade along Maloney Boulevard, the city’s main commercial street now projects the centre as an exciting fashion
retail environment and has changed market perceptions. The strategic location of the new anchor Simons along the main façade, as well as Forever 21 and
H&M, new restaurants and eight dynamic entrances has rejuvenated the entire streetscape of the centre.

3. Les Promenades Gatineau’s redevelopment also encompassed the complete refurbishment of all eight entrances with new doors and signature signage showcasing
the centre’s new name and brand identity. During the day, the entrances are an architecturally crisp and clean black and white, while at night they come alive via
a colour-changing programmable light-box feature.

4. Les Promenades Gatineau’s previous owners had not invested in the property in 30 years, leaving it neglected not only physically but also from a merchandising
and operations standpoint. The centre’s exterior was in disrepair, lacked a dynamic street presence, the original pylon sign was still in use and mall entrances were
not highly visible or distinctive.
