1. Session chairs are requested to enter in the allotted session/room 10
minutes before the commencement of session.
2. Receive host/co-host power
3. Keep Mic and video ON for presenter and chair only. In case of very low

4. Questions from participants should be typed in zoom chat. The chair will
read the questions in order and request the answer to the presenter.
