3. The Role of ICIL
• Signing Annual Subscription with the Exporter –
•
• Surveillance of foreign buyers by providing two or three Business Credit Report (FCR ) on foreign buyer
Company during the Credit Period extending by the exporter ( Subscriber )
• After the expiry of Credit period , if the subscriber ( Exporter) wants ICIL to be engaged in recovery of
the Export proceed, ICIL will review the status of stuck up amount as per its partner parameter
• If the stuck amount is not under litigation or foreign buyer and buyer have no quality dispute , ICIL will
forward the case to its foreign collection partner
• ICIL will receive collection update from its collection agent which ICIL will provide to the exporters
