SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
5:00 pm Green Room Available Emerson Suite A
6:30 pm Sound and Lighting Check with A/V Emerson B&C
7:00 pm Doors Open Emerson B&C
7:30 pm – 9:30 pm Concert Emerson B&C
FACILITIES & ARRANGEMENTS REQUIRED
CAMPUS CENTER & EVENT SERVICES: For your information and action
1. SPECIAL EVENT MANAGER: For your information and action
a. Please read this event summary and be knowledgeable of all parts of this event for which you
are scheduled to work. Please be prepared to meet the client and ensure that their needs are
met. Please ensure that the services requested are provided as described in this event
summary.
2. The SET-UP REQUIREMENTS for Emerson B & C and Lounge are as follows:
a. Please deploy the A/B wall.
b. Please set up a 32’ x 20’ stage centered along the east wall of Emerson C.
c. Please set 250 chairs lecture-style facing east.
d. Please place one set of stairs on the south side of the stage, and one set of stairs on the
north side of the stage.
e. Please set up pipe and drape going from the north and south corners of the stage to the
north and south walls of Emerson C to create wings.
f. Please place three 6’ tables centered along the west wall of Emerson B. These will be
used by CCES production staff.
g. Please provide signage in the north foyer and north entrance reading, “IC Voicestream
Block l Concert, 7:30 pm -9:30 pm”
h. Please set up 2- 6’ tables with two chairs each between the center pillars of the Emerson
Lounge for merchandise sales.
i. Please provide one black extending wall in the Emerson Lounge for the clients use
3. The SET-UP REQUIREMENTS for Emerson A are as follows:
a. Please set signage in front of the entrance door reading “Reserved.”
b. Please set the soft furniture from Emerson Lounge into conversation groups on the north side
of the room.
c. Please set 4- 6’ tables on the east side of the room.
4. The PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS are as follows:
a. Please provide standard wash lighting (red, white and blue) on stage using the LED’s and
moving lights.

b. Please set speakers on north and south ends of the stage.
c. Please provide the full concert sound system.
d. Provide an LCD projector to be used for a video to be played during intermission. (The client
will provide a laptop with the video to be played).
e. Provide technicians to operate the lights, run the projector, and run the sound system
f. Please be ready for tech check at 6:30 pm at the latest on Sunday, October 23, 2016.
g. The client will be providing their own microphones.
