IBPS PO is a demanding government job that only a few candidates are able to secure each year. The IBPS PO exam consists of three stages: a preliminary exam, main exam, and interview. The preliminary exam tests candidates on quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, and English language. The main exam consists of reasoning and computer aptitude, general/economy/banking awareness, English language, data analysis and interpretation, and English language for letter and essay writing. Both exams assess quantitative aptitude through topics like ratios, averages, profit and loss. Reasoning sections cover verbal reasoning, non-verbal reasoning, blood relations, and more.
