Fraud Intelligence Analyst (Nov 2014 – Present )
EMEA Intelligence Team, Global Investigation Services, AIG
• Implemented a new fraud intelligence function to service Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region within AIG.
Designing and embedding intelligence processes and being a subject matter expert on intelligence matters to claims
departments, Special Investigation Units (SIUs) and across the business as a whole. Handling and sharing of intelligence
product internally and to the wider industry, in accordance with national governance standards (NIM).
• Research and analysis of industry fraud intelligence, assessing the claims, policy and underwriting risk exposure within AIG.
Delivered £350,000 of savings by the end of Q3 2016, through the referral of unidentified fraud into the Special Investigation
Unit (SIU).

cross-business stakeholders of varying seniority, throughout Europe and America.

and organised burglary through complex data querying and analysis of crime and intelligence databases.

criminals and OCGs. Tasked to MPS pro-active teams, resulting in the successful prosecution of high risk offenders and the
disruption of harmful criminal networks.

• Successfully led and delivered on a number of key and innovatory intelligence projects - developing models to prioritise
