I wake up at 5:30 am, spend 30 minutes preparing for the day, and do morning exercise at 6:00 am. I have breakfast at 6:30 am before biking to school, where my first lesson starts at 7:00 am. I have a 10 minute break between periods and finish school at 11:00 am, sometimes eating lunch at the canteen and sometimes at home. In the afternoon, I study at home from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm and then play badminton with friends until 5:30 pm. 1. I start a new day by getting up at 5:30. Then I spend 30 minutes brushing my teeth, washing
my face,combing my hair and getting dressed.I normaly do morning exercise at 6:00. I have
breakfast at 6:30. After that I go to school by bike because my shool is not very far from my
house. My fist lesson starts at 7:00 o’clock. Between two periods, we have a short 10-minute
break. We finish the lesson at 11:00. At 11:30, I have lunch somtimes at canteen, somtimes
at home.It takes me 30 minutes to take a nap. In the afternoon, I always self-study at home
from 1:30 to 3:00. One hour after, I play my favorite sport- badminton with my friends until
5:30. Whenever I have free time, badminton is always my choice to keep fit and stay healthy.
After a hard-working day, I come back home when the clock points at 6:00 pm. After taking a
shower, I cook the dinner and help my Mom with the housework. I have dinner with my
family at 8:00. Before going to bed, I spend an hour watching TV or listening to music for
relaxing. I have a sound sleep at 10:00.
