Endometriosis can negatively impact fertility. Hormonal therapies are not effective for improving fertility in minimal or mild endometriosis. Surgery to remove endometriosis lesions and adhesions may improve fertility for women with stage I/II disease. For stage III/IV disease, surgery may increase pregnancy rates more than expectant management. Excision of endometriomas rather than drainage improves fertility outcomes. Adjuvant medical therapies after surgery do not further aid fertility. For assisted reproduction, in vitro fertilization is generally the treatment of choice when other options fail or for more severe endometriosis.

The clinic aims to quickly evaluate, diagnose, and inform women about breast problems. Patients see a surgeon, radiologist, and breast care nurse and can have a mammogram, ultrasound, or biopsy done immediately. Symptoms include heavy menstrual bleeding, abdominal enlargement, frequent urination, and pelvic pain. Treatment options include medical management to shrink fibroids or surgical procedures such as hysterectomy or myomectomy. Dilation and curettage (D&C) is a surgical procedure in which the cervix is dilated and the inner lining of the uterus is scraped and removed. A D&C may be performed for diagnostic or therapeutic reasons. Diagnostically, it allows doctors to obtain tissue samples to evaluate abnormal bleeding or cells. Therapeutically, it can be used to remove pregnancy tissue after a miscarriage or abortion, treat molar pregnancies, or manage excessive bleeding. Potential complications include uterine perforation, cervical injury, infection, and intrauterine adhesions, though D&C is generally a very safe procedure.

AT significantly improved 5YS (68% vs. 53.7%) (P=0.028 by log-rank test). Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: N0-N12, T3-4, blood cell circuit, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells-CC and blood cells subpopulations), LC cell dynamics, recalcification time, heparin tolerance, prothrombin index, protein, AT, procedure type (P=0.000-0.031). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and N0-12 (rank=1), thrombocytes/CC (rank=2), segmented neutrophils/CC (3), eosinophils/CC (4), erythrocytes/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), stick neutrophils/CC (8), leucocytes/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (error=0.000; area under ROC curve=1.0).

We have been serving the health of

medium segment in Gurgaon.
4. Introduction
Hysterectomy is a surgical procedure that is carried out to remove the
uterus/womb.Depending on the disease and age of patient, a
Gynaecologist will decide to go for partial/ total hysterectomy or
Hysterectomy with salpingo-oophorectomy.
A hysterectomy surgery is commonly suggested by doctors when other
treatment options are not available or have been unsuccessful.
5. Types of Hysterectomy
● Total hysterectomy – As the name suggests, the womb and
cervix are removed.
● Subtotal hysterectomy – The main body of the womb is
removed, leaving the cervix intact.
● Total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy –
The womb, cervix are removed along with the fallopian tubes
and ovaries.
● Radical hysterectomy – The womb and surrounding tissues
are removed, including the fallopian tubes, part of the vagina,
ovaries, lymph glands and fatty tissue.
6. Why Doctors Advice a Hysterectomy?
There are various reasons, and sometimes multiple reasons, to have the
uterus removed. A hysterectomy surgery is unavoidable if the patient is
diagnosed with one or more of the following conditions:
● Uterine fibroids or leiomyomas: Unusual heavy bleeding, chronic
pain and other problems.
● Uterine prolapse: The uterus lowering from its normal position into
the vaginal canal.
● Endometriosis: Uterine tissues growing outside the uterus (in the
ovaries, intestines, and fallopian tubes).
7. ● Adenomyosis/Hyperplasia: Endometrial tissue grows into the uterus
and causes thickening of its wall.
● Uterine, ovarian, and cervical cancer.
In the case of cancer, a hysterectomy is a must. In all other cases,
hysterectomy is the last option recommended by a doctor after
different treatments fail to improve a patient’s condition.
8. How Do I Prepare for a Hysterectomy?
The process of preparing for surgery is a stressful time. However, there
are ways to help you prepare and ensure that the procedure and
recovery as easy and pain-free as you can. Gathering all the information
as possible will allow you to feel comfortable and well-prepared prior to
your surgery.
When you realize you're scheduled for a hysterectomy you should:
● Stop Smoking
● Focus on healthy diet
● Daily exercise
● Reduce stress
