Today, 60% of the world's energy resources are in oil and gas form. Also transportation of crude oil and its products are done in different ways, among which the largest share transfer, are the pipes. Considering the extent of lines in different regions or even residential facility and the high potential vulnerability, the safety of pipelines and principles of risk management is of particular importance. In this regard, two-phase flows are widely used in oil, gas and petrochemicals industries and there is always for fluid transfer.
In this study we used Aspen HYSYS (simulation software) to simulate and design four wells (oil and gas) and pipeline network (oil and gas gathering network) and calculated pressure drop, gas and liquid phase fraction’s chart, gas and liquid phase viscosity / density’s chart, slug’s chart and chart for Hydrate’s pressure in pipeline.
