Hydraulic cranes use pressurized water to move a sliding ram connected to a movable pulley block, which controls the distance between the pulley blocks and lifts and lowers loads attached to a hoist cable. The crane consists of a vertical post with a jib and tie beams, guide pulleys, and a hydraulic jigger cylinder. Hydraulic cranes are widely used to lift heavy loads in shipping, warehouses, workshops, and other industrial applications.

• The hydraulic crane is used for
transferring or raising heavy loads.
• It can be used up to loads 2500 kN.
• It is widely used in loading and unloading
ship, warehouses, workshop, heavy
industries and dock sidings.

• Hydraulic jigger consist of a movable ram
sliding in a fixed cylinder . The sliding ram
, one end is connected to set of movable
pulley block and other end is contact with
water.

passes round the guide

• The free end of the wire
rope is attached with a

decreases, which release
the wire rope and the load
is lowering down

Railway wagons and heavy industries.
