•Today, when the generic term cloning is
used, usually, it is referring to the branch
labeled Reproductive cloning.

•Reproductive cloning produces a
duplicate of an existing animal by
placing the cloned embryo into a womb
to develop.

•Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer (SCNT)
can be used for therapeutic or
biomedical cloning.

    •Parents trying to conceive children, but
    cannot.

    •People suffering from paralysis, or loss of
    limb.

    •Parents suffering from the loss of a child
    or loved one.
