The organization aims to be the most successful aerospace organization in the world by launching more space shuttles. The training program aims to train young talents over 6 months to prepare them for successful research projects. Trainees will be taught by experienced astronauts and scientists using equipment, space shuttle models, and materials about aviation. The training will cover risks, temperatures, and gravity of planets to properly prepare the age group of 35-45 for implementation of projects in a safe, well-organized environment.
