Need to Treat Their Team Members as Assets
Howard Wilner of Sudbury, MA explains how leaders can be a great
power behind the organizations. He believes that leaders can share their
ideas and provide honest feedback when asked. Moreover, they are not
afraid of resolving conflicts and have the courage to do the right thing. He
further shares that if you want to be an effective leader, you need to
regulate your time, attention and emotions, while remaining aware of your
strengths, weaknesses, and potential sources of bias.
Wilner advises young leaders to be consistent as he believes that greatness
can be achieved only through continued accumulation of consistent actions
& behavior. Being a leader, you need to treat your team members as assets.
They should be self-aware of their strengths as well as short comings.
Wilner states that a successful leader also makes sure to act as an example
and doesn’t apply forced pressure to achieve the set target. Moreover,
leadership is the most important function of management as it helps to
maximize efficiency which can help to achieve the overall vision and goals
of the business.
Regarding his education qualifications, Howard Wilner of Sudbury, MA
received his education from the Massachusetts Bay Community College and
the Boston College. He has been active in the automotive industry for a long
time now. Besides, he has a strong command in automobile site
acquisitions, automobile inventory management, negotiation, coaching,
sales, and automotive repair.
