Approval of Deliverables: The samples of all products are needed to be approved by the clients
representative.
Basic Contract Price: One third of the total price are to be paid before the transection of products
if the contract is accepted.
Completion Period: The completion of delivery will be done in maximum of 30 days.
Payment terms: All payments are to be made in A./C pay check in favor of IIPL.

Contract Agreement
This agreement made between IIPL and Save the children international.
Whereas the procuring entity invited tenders for certain goods and has accepted a tender by the
tenderer for the supply of those goods in sum of BDT 2,79,000/- only.
Agreement witnesses as follow:
1. Words and expression have the same meaning as they are respectively assigned to them.
2. In consideration of the payment to be made by the procuring entity to the tenderer as here
in after mentioned, the tenderer hereby covenants with the procuring entity to provide the
goods and to remedy defects there in conformity in all respects with the provision of the
contract.
3. The procuring entity hereby assure to pay the tenderer in consideration of the provisions
of goods. The contact price or such other sum as may become payable under the
provision of the contract at the times and in the manner prescribed by the contract.
