Step One Find Window’s Movie Maker and open it It looks like this:
Step Two Begin using Movie Maker It looks like this:
Step Three Start putting your cool pictures and stuff into the project collection Click here to do this:
Step Three Continued You can also just click the handy links labeled: Import pictures Import video Import audio or music See 
Step Four Make sure you are in the timeline mode (it’s my fav.) Click here to change views/modes
Step Five Start dragging your media to the storyboard to create your movie
Step Six Continue overlaying media Drag pics and arrange Drag video and arrange Drag in drop is where it’s at! Timeline in Progress
