then place the in the line up
Explain to the team that there is 6 opportunities in 8 hour day to load the booth with repairs.
We can use the magnets to forecast the order in which job or jobs go in the booth next.
This will allow the prep person have the job or jobs ready for the next booth cycle.

The team could use the magnets to forecast their pecking order by placing
them in the order of how they are going to process their workload.
In the morning production release meeting.

This could help them set their own goal.

same time.

move the magnet from daily goal to cycle 1
, cycle 2 ect.
Write in how many hours have been
completed in that cycle.
