show up on the scale at the end of the month.
~ running, jogging, or walking is best for burning
calories
~Drink more water than usual for the month to
stay hydrated and flush your system
~ drink 60-80 ounces a day taking small sips
throughout the day.
~ avoid drinking anything else but water for the
month.
~ There are natural supplements you can take to
ensure you reach your weight loss goals for the
month. However most people will succeed
without the supplements if these three methods
are followed all month long.
~ Consistency is the key.
