Knowledge exchange session“Howto get the full-text?” Discussing alternative ways to get the pdf of a scientific publication, but NOT using the library’s services or tools, is a good example of the proverbial “Elephant in the room” We knów our users switch to alternative routes, when we (the library) can not deliver.
