Rashid Almansoori conducted an experiment to see what would happen when baking powder and vinegar are mixed. He hypothesized that mixing the two ingredients would produce lots of bubbles. To test his hypothesis, he poured a vinegar and water solution into a bottle and added three tablespoons of baking powder. Upon swirling the mixture, bubbles were observed, and more bubbles formed with continued swirling. Based on this result, Rashid accepted his hypothesis that baking powder and vinegar would produce bubbles when mixed.
