2.  I served in the U.S. Army from September of
2000 to March of 2010. (9½ Years)
 Mindy and I began speaking on the internet
around February/March 2002.
 Mindy flew out to stay in Hawaii with me in
January of 2003. This was our first in-person
meeting.
 Mindy and I married in July of 2003.
 Our son Fry was born in November of 2004.

3.  While I was in the Army, I deployed twice to
combat zones.
◦ Afghanistan, 2004 (7 Months)
◦ Iraq, 2008-09 (1 Year)
 Our son Fry was born one week after my return
from Afghanistan.
 I spent nearly a year in training between my two
deployments.
 Fry was three when I deployed to Iraq, and five
upon my return.
 Mindy and Fry left me this past Spring. After
much soul-searching, I decided that I would
attempt courting her once again.

4.  I don’t want this to get too boring too
soon, so here are some interesting numbers I
found.
 My last phone bill came, and the amount was
considerably higher than I had expected.
◦ Nearly 1,300 SMS text messages sent and received
on Mindy’s account ALONE (on a 200-message
plan)
◦ Over 1,800 minutes used on Mindy’s account
ALONE (on a 550-minute family shared plan)

5.  Normally, I don’t snoop. But these numbers
were well outside of the ordinary, so I did
some investigating.
 Out of 1,297 text messages sent and
received, 1,128 were to/from one number
(86.97%)
 Out of 1,842 minutes used, 1,152 were
to/from the same number (62.54%)
 The texts started on September 22nd, and the
calls started on September 29th.

6.  My lovely wife has averaged over an hour per
day speaking on the phone to this
person, mostly during late-night hours.
 She has averaged over 27 texts sent per
day, and 17 received per day, from the same
number.
 Now I know why it was so hard to get her to
agree to do anything with me.

9.  Yes, I know it’s sad that I’m putting
unnecessary time and effort into compiling
this, but consider that I’ve been sitting in a
lonely house all Summer missing my family
and I’ve fallen into a deep, nasty depression.
 On the plus side, I’m now on twice as many
meds as I was previously. The same stuff
Heath Ledger was on when he was in a similar
situation.
 Maybe I can be the next Joker.
