 He said that visualizing his dreams and goals have helped him to
now achieve them. He visualized his success until it became a
reality, including winning the UFC Belt.

himself he was the greatest rapper and imagine himself as the

 In an interview on 60 Minutes, she revealed that when she runs
on the treadmill, she keeps a picture of an Academy Award in
the room, so she can keep her goal in her mind and visualize
achieving it.
 Though she’s yet to win an Oscar for herself, her
film Dreamgirls was nominated for several Academy Awards and
even won two.
