Hotels Plus Multisource allows users to access hotel rates from HRS in two ways: public rates that are freely available or private negotiated rates that require entering a customer key provided by HRS. The user can switch between public and private rates in the registration panel. No online subscription to HRS is needed, but access to corporate negotiated content is based on an offline contract between the corporation and HRS.

2. HRS
Two types of registration are available in
the registration panel of Hotels Plus Multisource
 Public rates - No credentials are needed, the user can
enable or disable public HRS content
 Private rates – To register for a Corporation’s negotiated
content, the Customer key provided by HRS to the
Corporation needs to be entered

• Display the current credentials
• Update credentials (if new credentials received from
the aggregator)
