2. Burn your skin?
• Just add a tad bit of toothpaste onto burnt
area
• Soak the burnt area with milk
• Lay tea bags over burnt area

• Create a simple face mask containing honey
and cinnamon.
• Grind some cucumbers and shred them into a
mix with water and apply to your face.

Make a thickening syrup with flaxseeds and then
add honey with lemon juice to make it more of
an effect on your throat.

6. Have stress anxiety?
Add baking soda and ginger to a nice warm bath
and just soak in the tub for 15 minutes to relieve
tension and anxiety.

• Drink mint tea
• Use a warm compress
• Do not take alcohol
• Take a hot bath
