Home Partners allows residents to rent homes with the option to eventually purchase the home. Residents apply online and are given a maximum monthly rental amount. They work with a real estate agent to select a home that is then purchased by Home Partners. Residents can buy the home from Home Partners at any time during their residency under a one-year lease agreement where they pay a deposit of two months rent up front.
