“I am very happy with my purchase. The keyboard is all set up and ready for students when they
return to school! I came to Sweetwater not really knowing which keyboard would be best for my
needs. Chris spent a lot of time with me and he was extremely knowledgeable about each
keyboard. He listened to me and we were able to narrow my choice down to 2 or 3 keyboards.
He explained the strengths and weaknesses of each keyboard. Once my decision was made, he
helped me choose all the accessories - amp, bench, music stand, keyboard stand, etc. that I would
need. I can't thank Chris enough for all of his help. He did an excellent job! I am spending so
much time playing the keyboard that I'm not getting much accomplished getting ready for the
start of school. Thank you so much, Chris. I am a very satisfied customer.”

As a business owner myself, I recognize the importance of customer service and relations. Chris
was not only courteous but I thought he went above and beyond with directions, suggestions,
product care, as well as accommodating with the purchase we made. I also liked his friendliness!

Again, as a business owner, you tend to constantly rate your experiences with the retail sector
