The addition and remodel to this 1950’s house has
changed it from a 2 bedroom, one bath stucco box
into a large 4 bedroom house with lots open space
and light and easy access to the beautiful back yard.
The new kitchen and breakfast nook is now open to
the entire house. The windows and ceiling fans have
been placed to allow the house to be very sustainable
and to self ventilate for a comfortable house year
round with the minimum of energy use.
