A new 5,400 square foot two-story home was built in 2005 on Avenida Princesa in San Clemente, CA after demolishing an existing 1960s house. The new home has a 1,200 square foot basement, 900 square foot garage, and 3,300 square feet of living space primarily upstairs to take advantage of ocean views. The downstairs also includes two bedrooms, a bath, and an art studio in addition to the large garage. The Craftsman style home has an elevator accessing all three floors.

A new 5400 square foot residence with a basement
and an elevator. An existing small 1960’s house was
demolished so that the owners could build a new two
story home that suites their exact specifications. The
new house includes the 1200 sf basement and the
900 sf garage. The living space is 3,300 sf with
most of the living area upstairs so that the sunlight
and ocean views can be enjoyed. The downstairs
consists of the extra large garage to accommodate
the needs of the owner and two bedrooms, a bath and
an art studio.
The elevator accesses all three floors.
The house reflects the “Craftsman” style of
architecture.
The project was completed in 2005.
