Our capabilities: we can recruit, screen, verify legal papers, interview, run background checks, check
references, evaluate skill sets, drug test, carry general liability and worker’s compensation insurance,
pay Social Security taxes, pay State and Federal unemployment taxes and we will guarantee

Each trades or crafts person at a minimum will have gone through the following screening process:
• Reference check, it is Lead’s policy to verify a minimum of two references listed on an
employees application
• National 7 year background check
• 6 panel drug screen
• E-verification to ensure work eligibility
When a Lead employee comes to your job location he or she will come ready to work, properly attired,
with his own hard hat, safety glasses and gloves.
