The document describes a high speed object counting conveyor system. The system uses an infrared sensor to count objects passing on a conveyor belt powered by a DC motor. A microcontroller controls the infrared sensor to count objects and relay driver to power the DC motor. The count is displayed on an LCD screen. The objective of our project is object counting conveyor.

This project is designed with microcontroller, infra red sensor, relay driver, dc motor and
mechanical model.
Infra red sensor is used to count the objects in the conveyor passing objects. Dc motor is used to
run the conveyor. Dc motor is controlled by microcontroller.lcd display is used to display the
counting information and conveyor status.
