Jude is the daughter of Ank, when she was a child, her father was always on the hardest mission
possible, and her mother was the ancient general of the Headquarter so she didn’t really have much
of her parent attention. When the calamity incident occurred, she still was a child and lost her
mother and almost his father too. After the incident the bond between her and her father became
stronger than ever. She naturally decided to become assistant to help exorcist in their tasks.

• Each weapons got their own skillset, working and combo, that can influence the
spells assigned. Like the two handguns that are ammo dependent and change some
spells that can become long range effect.
• To Defeat a weakened beast the players must fulfill condition to exorcise it. It
depends on the life remaining of the monster and the type of Monster.

• Description :
Katakans are Vampires. Like all intelligent vampire species, they enjoy drinking blood in
smaller or larger doses but don't mutilate their victims by shredding them apart, leaving
only bite marks. They are however somehow wilder and more savage than the rest of
intelligent ones.
• Appearance :
In natural form, Katakans have many bat-like traits although somewhat larger and
monstrous. They have long claws which continue to grow during all its life. They are also
capable of disguising themselves and acting as normal humans.

Europe Map. In dark urban alley.

Attack the character in a skirmish style moving back and forth turning around and jumping
on him with some claws attacks.

• Description :
Tengu are a type of legendary creature. They are considered a type of yokai. Some
of them are respectable spirit that continue to learn watching their ancient world
but some other are called ghost of the arrogant. This type of Tengu are evil and
malicious spirit that torment the living cursing and tricking them provoking
poverty, cecity and even death depending on their evil.
• Appearance :
The Tengu appears in a variety of shapes. It usually falls somewhere between a
large, monstrous bird and a human being, often with a red face or an unusually
large or long nose.

Japan map, every where near their next or last mischief
• Patterns :
Will constantly be at close range attacking with a high variety of double handed
sword attacks. Has a good balance between attack and defense, parrying the
character and dodging his attacks

• If the Tengu is hit too much time in a short period he turn around himself trying
to hit with his wings causing the character to be hit being staggered.
• If an exorcism attempt fail (wrong method or run out of time while weakened) the
Tengu recover some health and jump in the air using his wings and hit the ground
with his two swords aiming the character causing medium damage to character in
the impact point.
• Skills Examples :
• The Tengu launch one of his sword on the character, the sword will every time end
planted on the ground (even if the character is hit by it) causing the Tengu to dash
in its direction slashing in his path with his other sword dealing medium damage
and ending with a circular slash picking up the planted sword that deals high
damages to character.
• The Tengu adopt a defensive stance during a limited time, if the character hit

• Description :
The Banshee is a female spirit who heralds the death of a family member usually
by wailing, shrieking or keening. Banshee are woman who died young in their
family some of them are good, singing the near death of one her family member,
but some are evil due to a death in hate of her family. She then haunt the member
screaming their future death that she will provoke.
• Appearance :
Usually, the banshee has long streaming hair and wear long cloak with red eyes
from continual weeping
• Location :
Europe map, everywhere near his ancient family
• Patterns :
Will stay at mid-range attacking with her scream and her hairs, offensive when at
long/mid range but defensive at close range trying to step back.

• Skills Examples :
• The banshee launch his hair in the direction of the character, if the character gets

Lycanthropes or Werewolves are humans with the ability to shapeshift into a mix
of human and wolfs generally after being cursed with the transformation
occurring on the night of a full moon. They are a big source of trouble for the
exorcist because unlike the other demon they are visible by everyone but most of
all, werewolf are cursed living human, so contracts are very delicate.
• Appearance :
Lycanthropes are the mix of giant wolves and human beings.
• Location :
Europe map, Urban part.
• Patterns :
Full offensive 0 defense always attack the character and harassing him with long
jump, bites and claw attacks.

• Description :
The Kappa are a type of legendary creature. They are considered a type of yokai.
The Kappa is known to be malicious creature, they usually lure humans close to
water point and pull them under water to drown them, sometime to eat them. The
superior Kappa is a kappa that killed and ate an exorcist. He’s bigger and able to
use occult energy.
• Appearance :
The Superior Kappa is a green, quadruped beast with webbed hands and feet,
a turtle like carapace on its backs and depression on its head, that retains
water. The superior Kappa however is more on the beast side
• Location :
Japan map, close to water park such as urban park, river and lac
• Patterns :
High defensive style with its shell that deflect damages, attack at close and long
range with large zone attack such as high pression water shot and claws slashes.

its shell that it recovers of occult energy and turn around himself dealing high

repositioning, at the impact of dive the kappa provoke a little water explosion

• The Kappa channels a medium time, gathering occult energy around it, when

• Ranged weapons can’t carry all the ammo existing in the game. The ammo types you
can carry depend on the weapon you use. For example, some ranged weapons can
use piercing ammo but not explosives and some can use both but are limited in other
type of ammo.
• Melee weapons got light and heavy attacks that allow the character to perform
combo. Melee weapon skills depends on the working of the weapons. For example, a
gauge that fills up with normal attacks that allow the character to use weapons skills.

Weapons Mechanic :
• There is two types of weapons :
• Ranged
• Melee
• Each weapons got their own working and weapons skills that
correspond to the type of weapons. For example, all one-handed
swords got the same working and weapons skill.
• Ranged weapons are ammo dependent. There is many different ammo
that can go from normal unlimited ammo to piercing or damage type-
oriented ammo that all are limited to carry. Ranged weapon skills don’t
need ammo to works but got cooldowns.

• The weapons can influence the way some spells are displayed but the nature and
effect stay the same.
• For example, if the character use a one-handed sword and cast a dmg spell, the
character perform a slash attack at close range that deal spell
• But if he uses a pistol when casting the spell, it becomes an energy orb that deal the
same spell effect

Spells Mechanic :
• The character can carry up to 3 spells. He can assign his spell in the slot
he wants with each slot corresponding to an input. The spells
assignment can’t be done during a contract.
• Spells need occult energy (mana) to be used.
• The spells effects are various and can go up to damage oriented like a
damage buff or a damage cast to debuff to the monsters which reduces
its defense.

• When the life lock occurs, during a limited time the Monsters perform a special
action. Depending on the monster they can for example launch a channeling, be
weakened and fall on their knees, summon minor monsters etc…
• If the lock is not broken by the character the monsters will always recovers some
health and do additional actions like a recover / repositioning attack or end their
channeling (if they are doing one) to launch it. After that, the monsters are back in
their first phase

stronger, they deal more damages, and they add new skills and perks in their
patterns that can also change.
• Monsters have a life bar that locks at a certain percentage of life
remaining. The lock threshold is different for every monsters, it can be
at 15% or even 50%.

Exorcism Mechanic :
• To break the monster’s life lock and continue to deal damages to the
monster. The characters must perform an exorcism.
• Exorcism consist of during the limited time the monster is performing
his special locked life action, finding and “attacking its weak spot” with
the right exorcism damage which the monster is weak, for example
silver weapons or bullets for vampires. Which breaks the life lock and
lead to monster’s second phase.
• The exorcism method is different for every monsters, but the damage
type weakness is the same for the whole species. For example, all
vampires' weakness is silver.

• If the character doesn’t have the right damage type on his weapon to exorcise the
monster, he can use consumables that add the exorcism damage to his weapon
during a limited time. This consumable can be crafted, bought or sometimes given at
the starts of contracts as additional supplies.
• The “weak spots” of the monsters are various. It can go from a simple point on the
back to multiple exterior points such as energy pillars to destroy in limited time. It
depend on the monster’s difficulty

• Weapons, armors and consumable craft system is simple, if the character has the
asked materials, they are crafted instantaneously.
• Spells craft system consist of an upgrade branch. To craft new spells that are stronger
it require in the branch craft to have crafted the previous spells. It can be an effect
upgrade or new effects. The branch at some point can split in two parts. Watch

Phase 1 : In the first phase the Tengu fight with two katana that deal different elemental damage with a good balance between attack and defense.
The Tengu Performs crossed slash with his two
katana dealing two different high elementals
damages to the character.
The Tengu sheath his right katana during a
limited time. During this period, he can't’ be
interrupted or staggered but he’s damageable. If
he receives enough damages by the character his
posture is interrupted, however if he’s not, he
performs a long-range slash that deal high
damage to the character
The Tengu use his two katana to create a tornado
that he launch toward the character. The tornado
has a very long range and slightly move toward
the character, but it can be dodged. The tornado
deals medium damages and throw the character
in the air

Exorcism opportunity: The exorcism of the Tengu is like all monster. A health regeneration if the opportunity is failed by the character. In an
addition to it, at each exorcism attempt failed the Tengu increase his base damages by 10% that stay all along the fight even in second phase.
The Tengu summons minor Tengu that create
and supply an energy dome during a limited
time. The dome is impenetrable by the character
and protect the Tengu. If the time runs out, the
dome and the summoned disappears.
To destroy the dome, the character must kill all
the minors Tengu that supply the energy dome
during the limited time. The minor Tengu are
only damageable by Amaterasu damages. If the
character doesn’t kill all of them during the
limited time, in the next opportunity it will only
remains the ones who survived
If the dome explodes, the Tengu fall on his knee
and do not regenerate. The character must
damage him with Amaterasu damage to
complete the exorcism procedure and break his
locked life.

Phase 2 : In the second phase, the Tengu brings the character to his dimension. He gets rid of one of his katana and know fight with a mix of
spell cast and slash attack. He becomes way more aggressive and less defensive.
The Tengu cast a large energy beam across the
ground that comes out under the feet of the

The Tengu dash toward the character and grab
his head, he then releases an energy explosion
that deal very high damages to the character.
The Tengu creates a portal behind the character,
he then enters in another one in front of him to

The Tengu Performs crossed slash with his two katana dealing two different high elementals damages to the character. The Tengu sheath his right katana during a limited time. During this period, he can't’ be interrupted or staggered but he’s damageable. If he receives enough damages by the character his posture is interrupted, however if he’s not, he performs a long-range slash that deal high damage to the character The Tengu use his two katana to create a tornado that he launch toward the character. In an addition to it, at each exorcism attempt failed the Tengu increase his base damages by 10% that stay all along the fight even in second phase. The Tengu summons minor Tengu that create and supply an energy dome during a limited time. The dome is impenetrable by the character and protect the Tengu. If the time runs out, the dome and the summoned disappears. To destroy the dome, the character must kill all the minors Tengu that supply the energy dome during the limited time. The minor Tengu are only damageable by Amaterasu damages. If the character doesn’t kill all of them during the limited time, in the next opportunity it will only remains the ones who survived If the dome explodes, the Tengu fall on his knee and do not regenerate.
