PLHTRB has single coil spring
which is self cleaning and highly
dependable in arduous services.
The flexible duck bellow provides
excellent capacity to self-align in
case of axial and redial shaft
movements.
The duck bellow is positively
driven along with the shaft by
means of a drive band. This
eliminates slippages or shaft
scoring during breakout torque.
Since the rotary elastomer is fully
static in nature there is no shaft
fretting or wear.
All PLHTRB Seals are easy to
install and repair at site and are
supplied with SL type seats as a
standard feature.

This Double Mechanical seal are

Kneaders. Provision of these seals the
equipments are duely arranged with a
pressurised buffer fluid circulation
system to carry away that the heat
being generated by mating faces so as
to maintain proper functions of the
double seals. Generally mating faces
are made of carbon, Tungsten carbide,
silicon carbide, ceramic and stellite
and metal part are S.S. 316, 304,
Hastelloy – B, Hastelloy – C, Alloy – 20
or in any other material as required.
These seals are suitable for abrasive
and highly corrosive fluids.
